Features the same design shape as G154 rear shock tower (standard / carbon) but designed to be used in combination with a specially developed short type shock. The total shock length is shortened by 4 mm. The suspension stroke is maintained the same as the std shock type, and combined with the lower center of gravity, this offers sharper cornering and increased reaction. The body mount is 3.5 mm lower (one step of the body pin), which also contributes to lowering the center of gravity.
The shock mounting positions have been optimised to only the three inner positions, allowing for extra strength in this area in the event of a crash.
These titanium ball screws contribute to improved grip by adding approximately 0.6 g of weight per ball screw compared to the kit's standard rear ballscrews (made of aluminum). In addition, the use of 64 titanium material with its increased rigidity improves response, especially on low to medium grip surfaces.
Optimized shape to accommodate the updated thickness of (G187) front knuckle plate (hard) adopted on IF15-2. Additionally, reducing the clearance of the opening compared to the original product to efficiently control the airflow, which is the original purpose of the knuckle plate.
Mounted in the opening at the rear of the main chassis, it increases chassis rigidity at the rear end of the chassis and increases weight by approximately 13g to ensure stable rear grip. It is also effective when the track surface is high grip and traction roll occurs. Use with G230 Carbon Rear Stiffener Set to expand the range of setting.
Brake pads that can be used with IF15-2/2W and IF18-3. Compared to the standard soft (red), this pad enhances initial braking, allowing you to tune your preferred feeling when entering the corner. By mixing this pad with the standard (soft (red)), you can create an intermediate feeling. (There is an identification marking on one side, apply adhesive to this side only)
The use of lightweight titanium screws inside the two-speed unit contributes to improved engine pickup. The screw head is shaped to achieve the lightest weight possible.
20g chassis weights are now available to adjust the front/rear balance of the IF15 and IF15W. The 20g weight can be used together with the 9.5g, 14g, and 28g weights already available on the market for more detailed tuning of your setup.
"Improved rigidity by using carbon-mixed nylon material. Improves steering response and enables increased racing line stability. It is particularly effective when used under high temperature conditions. *For identification, ""H"" mark is printed by laser engraving."
